AO is the young woman that cut my hair great personality and did a great job. I will be asking for her next time!

Very frustrated with the online app and the overall customer service here. I went online so I didn't have to wait and would be able to come right in. After I checked back to make sure i was signed in I came in to get my hair cut. Apparently my name was removed after a certain time I didnt know and now I have to wait 30 minutes. They did not take me once I came in even though I had already signed in. I have been coming here for years and always get a great cut but I am really upset with the customer service today.

Had a great experience at Sports Clips - Rock Hill! I walked in during the Saturday rush but was greeted and helped promptly. Becca gave me a fantastic haircut and was very friendly! This may be the best haircut I?ve had, so I will definitely be returning to have Becca cut my hair in the future!! Thanks ???
